In November 2022, Pennsylvania State added and changed legislation regarding renewal requirements for entities from a Decennial renewal to an Annual renewal. Beginning in 2025, the law will require each entity to file an annual report for $7.00 with the state, and provides a 2 year transitionary period for entities to adjust to the new requirements.
See the changes below.

  • All Corporations (foreign, domestic, profit and non-profit) are due by Jun 30th of year
  • All Limited Liability Companies (foreign and domestic) are due by Sept 30th of each year
  • All other entity filings are due by Dec 31 of each year

Failure to file your renewal within 6 months of the due date will result in your entity being subject to administrative dissolution/termination/cancellation by the state (starting in 2027).
