On December 3rd, a U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas issued a preliminary injunction halting the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act. At this time, it is uncertain whether Beneficial Ownership Information Report filings will still be required by January 1st, 2025.
Due to the uncertainty of this preliminary injunction and the severe penalties invoked under the act, we will continue to file the reports for those business owners that wish to do so.
